On the nose, the Ballantine’s Finest blended scotch whisky has immediate fruity notes of ripe pears followed by some light oak notes, with a faint hint of honey.
This cheap scotch whisky tastes rather subtle. Tasting rather sweet, you can expect tastes of barley and caramel with a very gentle peat. However, some have said that the taste of alcohol in the bottle can potentially be overpowering.
Ballentine’s Finest’s finish is in the short to medium range. As a finish, it has a fresh and floral after-taste that creates a well rounded glow and maximum satisfaction.
